The all-time famous White sauce pasta has been added to the menu of almost every other eatery. It has a mild, balanced flavor that melts right into the mouth. The rich, creamy taste of white sauce can be enhanced by adding some cheese. And the perfect texture is attained by the balanced ratio of milk and white flour. And the consistency of the sauce depends upon the cook.

It is served with the thick pieces of steamed chicken on the top. The mashed potatoes and steamed beans may be added as side-line, although it alone is enough for satisfying the taste buds. Why dine out to have this when you can cook it like the restaurant at home


1. Alfredo/Fettuccine Pasta: 1 packet

2. Chicken (optional): 250 grams cubed

3. g/g paste: 1 tbsp

4. Salt: As per your taste

5. Grounded black pepper: 1 tsp or as per your taste

6. Milk: 2- 2 1/2 cups

7. Butter: 2-3 tbsp

8. White flour: 1 cup

9. Spring onion: 1

10. Parsley (optional):

11. Mozzarella/ Cream cheese: Half cup shredded/ 4 tbsp

12. Chicken cube (optional): 1


1. Heat a pan then add butter and white flour. Mix them well.

2. Add milk and simmer so that no clogs are formed.

3. Add salt, black pepper, chicken cube (optional). Keep stirring on low flame until the desired consistency. Turn off the flame and add finely cut spring onion. You can add parsley too, at the place of spring onion. Or you can add both (as you like it).

4. If you want to add chicken, then take oil in a heated pan, add g/g paste, sprinkle salt and few drops of chili sauce.

5. Cover it and leave for approx. Twenty minutes on medium flame.

6. In the meantime, boil pasta with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of oil.

7. Now take out boiled pasta and chicken pieces in the dish and pour white sauce. Serve hot.
