Acceptance of Terms

We are glad you chose us. Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and conditions”) carefully before using Foodies.pk. Your access and use of its services depend on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms of service apply to visitors, registered users, and others who use or access the services.

By using this service, you agree to be bonded by the terms of service. You may not access the services if you disagree with any part of these terms of service.

Definition of Terms

User: The words “User”, “You” or “Your” refers to the user of the services rendered by Foodies.pk.

Content: These include (but is not limited to) photographs, video, data, location, and all other forms of information. “your” or “user” content refers to information you provide or share in respect to the services. They include reviews, images, likes, ratings, and other information on your account profile. “Foodies content” refers to information provided by foodies.pk in relation to its services. They include interactive features, graphic design, products, reports, and other information associated with your account usage excluding your content and third parties. Third party content includes content from service providers other than foodies.pk and its subscribers but can be accessed on its services.

Restaurant: “Restaurant” refers to the restaurants accessible on foodies.pk and any other applications of foodies.pk

Eligibility to Use

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or more, and you’re able to fully comprehend and agree on the terms of service of foodies.pk
You are not an offender in the country in which you are when you access and use the services. You agree to use the services without violation of laws of any form.

Periodic Change in Terms

Foodies.pk reserves the right to review these terms periodically. Endeavor to check these terms from time to time, and avoid violating any of the terms of service. Your continued use of foodies.pk after such review shall be termed as the acceptance of such a review, and also means you’re bound by such new terms.

Use of Services

In order to get the most out of foodies.pk, you must create an account including but not limited to business listing services. Any personal information you provide to us is guarded by our privacy policy. Note that you are responsible for the security of your account, all updates and other changes that occur as regards to your account.

You can also register with information from third-party sites such as Facebook. You consent to the collection of information available on your social media account as needed for proper registration.

You also claim that all the information you provided is true, accurate and correct. If you are claiming a business listing, then you claim that you are the owner of such a business. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate, or provide emails other than your own.

You also agree to notify us in case of any unauthorized breach of your account in order to assist us in taking the required actions.

By creating an account with foodies.pk, you agree to receive some messages about foodies.pk and its services. You can always opt-out of this service, or manage preferences through your account settings.

Foodies.pk offers very attractive advertisement packages for advertisers that can be purchased through online advertising packages section at the rate listed, and for the duration specified.

All advertisement packages come with very clear instructions related to their positions and the specified duration of the package. Advertisers should carefully select the advertising packages according to their requirements.

Advertisements scheduled for insertion may be canceled anytime by the advertiser or before the date of scheduled publication. When an advertiser cancels all or some part of multiple orders, the advertiser shall be responsible for payment for the period of service utilization (number of days) or rate differential resulting from such cancellation.

User Reviews

Reviews and ratings given by users don’t speak of the opinion of foodies.pk. It is important to note that each review is the personal opinion of the users. Foodies.pk is a neutral platform, we provide a bridge between users and restaurant owners. In case a review violates the terms and guidelines of foodies.pk, we reserve the right to remove such review or comment.

Refund Policy

To get the refund against the services ordered on foodies.pk you need to send us an email on support@foodies.pk or contact us through contact section. Foodies.pk will consider granting refunds that are requested in the above-stated period which will meet the criteria and then foodies.pk will grant refunds at its soley reasonable discretion. Nothing herein grants an obligation by foodies.pk to grant a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund amount will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your account, credit card or original source of payment, within a certain amount of days.

By using foodies.pk, you are accepting our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with our Refund Policy, please do not use our services provided by foodies.pk.

Cancellation Policy

Foodies.pk reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or deactivate any order/account associated with foodies.pk on its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent/suspicious behavior or activity on its foodies.pk account and/or with your order.

Restrictions

You agree not to transmit any information, or carry out activities that:

Is vulgar, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, invasive of another person’s privacy, or encourages gambling.
Violate our terms of services.
Wrongly accuse others of illegal activities.
Contains a false review about the business you are reviewing.
Is illegal.
Harms minors in any way
Interferes or disrupts any of our services.
Attempts to disrupt the security system of foodies.pk

Note that we reserve the right to monitor your access to our services in case of any form of violation. And also, to ensure that you comply with applicable laws.

If you are found to be in violation of laws and regulations stated in these terms, Foodies.pk reserves the right to block your account from usage of the foodies.pk platform. Foodies.pk may also remove all violent content uploaded by you.

Terms for Using Services Offered

Foodies.pk is just a link between you and restaurants. Foodies.pk shall not be responsible for any flaws on the part of any restaurant.
The prices on foodeis.pk are always up to date. But in case of a clash between the restaurant’s price and the average price listed on foodies.pk, the price listed by the restaurant shall be termed the correct price.
Promo codes can only be used according to the terms and conditions set by foodies.pk.
Note that you would be required to share certain personal information with foodies.pk and/or the restaurant. This information may include your name, email, and phone number. Foodies.pk would use this information according to its privacy policy.

Disclaimer

You agree that the use of services provided by foodies.pk is solely at your own risk to the full extent as permissible by law. Foodies.pk assume no responsibility for:

Errors arising from incorrect content.
Personal accident or injury resulting from the use of our services.
Any breach of our servers and any personal information stored.
Any viruses, bugs or trojan which may be transmitted by any third-party service provider.
Any loss of information from our servers.

Please note that you are solely responsible for all your interactions with third-party service providers. Foodies.pk would not monitor your dealings with third-party service providers.

Termination

Deletion of your account can be done by clicking on the “delete my account” button in your profile setting. On the other hand, we may delete your account in cases of:

Violation of terms of service.
Redundancy of your account.

Our Stance on Copyright Infringement

We respect the rights of others, and we implore everyone that uses our services to do the same. Foodies.pk shall not be responsible for any case of copyright infringement, as a result of materials posted through our platform. With our discretion, we may remove links or materials that contain copyright infringing features. In this case, we reserve the right to terminate the membership of such user. You can do one of the following things if you find out that your copyright is being infringed upon:

Identification of the copyrighted item that is being infringed upon in writing.
Provision of reasonable evidence that suggests that your copyright is being infringed upon in writing.
Include an oath that confirms that you are either the copyright owner of such material, or you are authorized to do so on the owner’s behalf.
Also, include an oath which confirms that the information you provide is correct.
