4. All-purpose flour or you can combine whole wheat and all-purpose flour - 1 ¼ cup
5. Salt - ⅓ teaspoon
6. Oil - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried oregano or other herbs - ½ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PIZZA TOPPING:

1. Pizza sauce - of your own choice
2. Bell pepper (red, green, yellow) - sliced
3. Onion - sliced
4. Mushrooms - sliced (optional)
5. Peas, corn, tomato slices or any other vegetables of your own choice
6. Olives - sliced
7. Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves
8. Red chili flakes - sprinkle to taste
9. Dried oregano - sprinkle to taste (optional)
10. Oil - 1 teaspoon
11. Vegan parmesan cheese
12. Instead of vegan parmesan cheese, you can use cheddar, mozzarella, or feta cheese.

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients, i.e, warm water, flour, and yeast in a bowl and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.

2. In the same bowl, mix one cup of flour and all the seasonings, i.e., salt, dried oregano or other herbs, garlic powder, and oil.

3. Now, mix in another three tablespoons of flour. For a few seconds knead the dough until it becomes into a slightly sticky soft dough. If needed, add another one tablespoon of flour. Knead a little more and gather this entire dough into a ball. Leave this soft dough to rest for 15 minutes in a warm place.

4. Spread ½ teaspoon of oil over the dough with your hands. Place the dough on the parchment-lined sheet.

5. Spread the dough into a 13 or 14-inch oval size by using a bit of flour. Spread the dough according to how thick or thin you want your crust to be. Remember to keep the edges thicker than the center. Let it rest for a few minutes.

6. At 220 degrees Celsius, preheat the oven.

7. Spread pizza sauce and distribute vegetables on to the crust evenly.

8. Sprinkle finely chopped garlic, salt, oregano, and chili flakes with a teaspoon of oil.

9. Sprinkle vegan cheese (if you are using) or use cheddar, mozzarella, and feta cheese.

10. Bake this veggie vegan pizza for about 17 to 18 minutes or until the edges of the crust are golden.

11. Slice and serve the veggie vegan pizza immediately.
