BLOOMIN’ ONION DIPPING SAUCE:

1. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
2. Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
3. Horseradish sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Paprika - ⅓ teaspoon
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Dried oregano - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Black pepper powder - a pinch (You can add more if you desire to make it spicier)
8. Cayenne pepper - ⅓ teaspoon

Directions

INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE BLOOMIN’ ONION DIPPING SAUCE:

1. Take a medium-size bowl and mix ketchup, mayonnaise, paprika, dried oregano, black pepper powder, horseradish sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper.

2. Mix the sauce well, cover it, and keep it in the refrigerator until needed.

3. Cover the dipping sauce and store the leftover sauce in the refrigerator for a week.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE ONION RINGS:

1. Peel the onion and then rinse. Cut the onion into rings, and each ring will be roughly about ¼ - inch.

2. Separate the onion rings carefully from each other. Keep the smaller rings aside for some other recipes.

3. Now, take a medium-size bowl and coalesce salt, paprika, all-purpose flour, and baking powder.

4. Coat each ring of onion with the flour mixture and set these coated rings aside.

5. After coating the onion rings, in the remaining flour mixture, add milk and egg and amalgamate. Make sure to beat this mixture well, and it should not have any lumps.

6. Next, coat the onion rings with the concoction of constituents, and shake off the excess mixture.

7. Now, place the onion rings in bread crumbs and coat them well.

8. Fry the onion rings until they are golden brown from both sides.

9. After frying, transfer them on paper towels and drain them for a few seconds.

10. Serve it immediately with a dipping sauce you just prepared.
