Directions

1. The first step is to take a medium-size bowl and place the eggs in hot water. For ten minutes, let the eggs sit.

2. Next, at 232 degrees celsius, preheat the oven. Make sure to move the rack to a low position (keeping the rack low will help to prepare the huge popovers). Now, take a popover pan and grease it inside as well as around the top edges.

3. With the help of a whisk, beat eggs, milk, and salt until they are well combined. Keep in mind to blend the yolks thoroughly.

4. Now, add in the flour and whisk it nicely so that the mixture becomes frothy and all the large lumps are gone. Afterward, quickly stir in the melted butter.

5. The batter is now prepared, and it is time for baking! Lastly, pour the batter equally in the prepared popover pan. Be mindful of filling the only ¾ of the cups.

6. It is time to bake for the sake of the hungry belly!! For twenty minutes, bake the popovers at 177 degrees celsius. Reduce the heat and bake for further ten to fifteen minutes. The popovers will turn golden brown.

7. Serve the popovers immediately and enjoy them warm.

RECIPE NOTES:

1. Make sure not to open the oven more frequently when popovers are baking.

2. In place of a popover pan, you can also use muffin pans.

3. To make cheese popovers, add ¼ cup of cheese along with the all-purpose flour.
